Today's Workout:

Treadmill for 10 minutes to warm up. Started at 3.1mph and increased to 3.6 mph.
Stretches for back, hamstrings and quads
20 standing preacher curls with 35 pounds
20 tricep lift with 80 pounds resistance
20 abdominal crunches with 50 pounds resistance.
20 rotary twists each side with 40 pounds resistance.
20 standing preacher curls, each arm using dumbebells with 20 pounds each, palms up
30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, heart rate peaked at 135bpm. HR target at my age/weight is 130bpm.
11 preacher curls with 50 pounds.
Stretches for back, hamstrings and quads
Treadmill for 5 minutes to cool down. Started at 3.0mph, decreased to 2.5mph.
Shower and back to work (after getting dressed)
Time 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Again, please feel free to offer any suggestions for a better/more productive workout.

Is anybody else working out?

It's been limited this week due to an icky stomach, but I've done my yoga every day for the last week except yesterday, when I was lugged half a cord of wood to the pile.

I'm working out! I may move today's to tomorrow morning though, due to a last minute job. (Woo hoo! Employment!)

Monday was legs day. Wednesday was chest and shoulders. Today or tomorrow will be back aand biceps. I do cardio with each workout as well.

Sadly, I've been gaining weight again, for which I blame school, but I'm definitely also stronger which I love.
