It was late last night when I posted my message. There is information that I failed to mention.
At its worst, the pain began in my chest, burned for a while, radiated down my arm, and cause me to simply stop what I was doing, usually concerned that I am about to have a problem.
Well, one fine day, while out for a walk, I did not stop when the pain arrived - I defiantly kept going, I even picked up the pace. A strange thing happened - the pain dissipated, completely, after about ten minutes. I was amazed.
Remember, I've been told that its not my heart. Nor my lungs. The TCM practitioner told me that it is blocked heart chi for which I am taking herbs and acupuncture treatments.
Currently, the pain has not been so bad. Uncomfortable for a few minutes and then passes. So, I feel that perhaps I am taking care of it.
Yes, I'd like to try the technology you mentioned, but, no, I am not worried about a seizure or a heart attack. I am trying to exercise moderately by staying with low weight and high reps. So far I am succeeding, but, I can feel the urge to hurry the process a bit. I am trying to supress that desire. It is a struggle. The good news is that co-workers have noticed an improvement and so I feel energized by that.
Let's just get to the FG and work out the details. :-)
As an aside, I have a Chinese friend, who is extremely intelligent and well informed. I asked him once, which medical professional he prefers to use, Western or TCM. He said that Western medicine is the best for acute medical problems, but, TCM surpasses Western medicine for long term, chronic problems.
