I need to lease a car and have no idea what questions I should ask or what to do to be careful. Anyone ever lease a car?

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate the help. Yes, its for work and I am still struggling with whether to lease or buy, assuming I can afford it.

I drove a Honda CR-V yesterday - neat! I want to drive a hybrid Friday and try to get into a Toyota today.
